Getting started is a simple two-phase process. In Phase 1, general chapter and member information is submitted online or through a form provided by a member of our sales team. In Phase 2, your chapter’s Account Manager will work closely with you to customize the remaining billing details and provide a tutorial of Vault. Statements can then typically be mailed to your members within five business days, if needed! If you have an account number and PIN you can access the online setup now. Otherwise, to get started, please contact a member of our sales team who will be happy to get you on your way!

Enrolling is quick and easy. The process consists of two phases. In Phase 1, the organization submits general information online. Phase 2 is then completed with your Annual Giving Manager. During Phase 2, the alumni communication and program schedule is established.
