OmegaFi is started; it’s the creative result of a junior year class project by Todd Reaves, treasurer of his fraternity. That same year we signed our first client, Sigma Nu at Auburn University.

1992

Todd graduates from Auburn and devotes himself to the billing and collection of dues, rent and fees for fraternity and sorority chapters.

1993

OmegaFi’s first proactive customer service plan was put into place and the position of Account Manager was developed.

1994

The company leverages the growing Internet and moves online. Chapter Desktop, our proprietary web-based chapter management tool, launches.

1996

We proudly partner with 337 chapters, representing 34 different organizations on 178 University and college campuses. OmegaFi implements a fundraising program and begins billing and collecting campaign contributions.

1999

We partner with 831 chapters, representing 70 different organizations on 302 university and college campuses.

2002

We kick off our communication services. Members of all generations can now better stay in touch and keep apprised of the latest events at their respective chapter. Newsletters, invitations and dedicated mailers are all part of the draw. Alpha Xi Delta becomes our first national billing partner.

2003

Cornerstone Services, once Embark-Alumni Relations, is established.

2004

We celebrate our 1,000th partnership and end the year working with 1,213 chapters, representing 84 different organizations on 388 University and college campuses.

2005

Large-scale build-out and renovations: Our 1893 brick building is new again!

2008

OmegaFi has billed and collected $1 billion on behalf of fraternal organizations.

2009

Our third suite of efficiency-enabling tools and services, Compass, rolls out.

2010

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for a new 10,000 square foot Operations Center called “South Station.” The myOmegaFi interface received major enhancements, including drag and drop technology, Facebook integration and a multitude of new communication features for chapters. Over 20,000 users log in within the first month.

2011

The 20th year of service to the Greek Community is celebrated. The year begins with 92 employees working with over 2,000 fraternity and sorority chapters across the country. Compass, a family of management and analytical tools that furthers the business practices of Greek organizations, is successfully implemented for 11 National/International organizations, helping them manage over 1.6 million alumni/ae records.

2012

OmegaFi releases the first mobile app in the fraternal industry to help chapters and house corporations manage their finances.

2014

OmegaFi celebrates working with 1 million students and releases a redesigned, modern, mobile-friendly new online and mobile application, Vault, to help chapter officers manage the financial, communication and membership aspects of their business.

2015

Aquiline Capital Partners, a New York-Based private equity firm, makes a major investment in OmegaFi.

2016

Strategic partnerships and acquisitions highlight OmegaFi's 25th anniversary as both Bidlily and the GINsystem merge into OmegaFi, and OmegaFi creates a strategic partnership with Pennington & Co. Now, the industry’s largest fundraising and technology companies are on the same team.

2017

To further our mission of providing our clients with a high level of customer service and integrations, OmegaFi added companies - Greek Resource Services, Select-A-Sis, LegFi and ICS to the family. In addition, to better streamline customer communications and needs, we re-organized our teams to focus on each customer base solely. With our First Teams being dedicated to the undergraduate  and our Partner Success team working with our clients at the national level.

Launched OmegaOne and OmegaRecruit as OmegaFi’s premier online solutions for chapter communications and recruitment needs. With these additions, OmegaFi offers a full suite of online solutions for chapters, clubs, and groups to manage nearly all aspects of operations.

In response to the global COVID pandemic, OmegaFi focuses all efforts on helping fraternity and sorority customers revise budgets and issue more than $100 million in refunds and credits.

OmegaFi becomes reocgnized as a a valued service provider on the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers after meeting the rigorous requirements of Visa, Inc and the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standard, displaying a commitment to protecting customers from theft and fraud at a higher level than any of its competitors.

At the start of our 30th year in business, OmegaFi celebrates its position as the industry leader of online tools to support, grow, and accelerate its customers by creating raving fans at over 5,000 chapters, clubs, and groups across North America.
