Meet the Team

OmegaFi's team of talented people use their strengths each day to help chapters, clubs and groups manage their finances, deliver memorable member experiences, and recruit new members with purpose-built, scalable solutions and best-in-class customer service. 

Bob McKenney

Bob McKenney, President

Bob joined Pennington & Company in 2003 and was named President in 2019. During his tenure as a campaign consultant, he worked with three national foundations and led 21 chapters on their capital campaign strategies and feasibility studies. Under his leadership, those clients raised more than $85 million.   

Prior to joining Pennington & Company, Bob was a program assistant for the University of Kansas Fraternity and Sorority Life. His responsibilities included advising the Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association executive officers, coordinating programs in areas such as community service, goal setting, retreats, new member education, and leadership development.   

Bob graduated from KU with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He lives in Fredonia, Kansas., and served the city as mayor from 2013 through 2023. Currently, he serves his fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega, as a member of the National Board of Directors 

Aaron Forehand

Aaron Forehand, Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales at OmegaFi, Aaron and his team share OmegaFi's technology solutions to new potential partners and our existing technology partners.
 
Aaron graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in interdisciplinary anthropology with an emphasis in business. Aaron started his career as a Delta Tau Delta chapter consultant and visited over 55 college campuses in 26 states. He also helped recolonize Delt chapters at Auburn University and Arizona State University.
 
At Pennington & Company, Aaron conducted over 25 pre-campaign feasibility studies, coordinated 21 capital campaigns raising $35 million, and worked on two national campaigns. Aaron helped secure three seven-figure gifts ($1,000,000, $1,000,000 and $1,250,000) to Greek campaigns.

Aaron grew up in Colorado and now resides in Sherman Oaks, CA with his wife, Mandi, and his two daughters. Aaron’s hobbies include traveling, downhill skiing, playing backgammon, and performing magic (ask about the Magic Castle). As a baseball fan, Aaron is on a mission to watch a MLB game in every stadium in America.

Taylor Holt

Taylor Holt, Director of Operations

As the lead of our Operations Department, Taylor is passionate about fulfilling the needs of both customers and employees, driving success by identifying opportunities to create efficiencies that support our customers' goals and initiatives. Taylor has been a member of our team since 2014, holding varying roles that’s allowed for a better understanding of the operational needs from multiple perspectives.
A local to Columbus, GA, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel. This love for family and adventure is mirrored in her work, where she strives to create a positive and impactful experience for both the team and clients.

Sheryl Bell

Sheryl Bell, Senior Director of Account Management

Sheryl has been with OmegaFi for over two decades supporting chapters and national organizations with solving problems and achieving goals. She currently leads the Account Management Team in supporting enterprise accounts. Nurturing customer relationships, and enhancing the health and satisfaction of these enterprise accounts is at the core of what Sheryl delivers each day. 

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2001, and went on to get her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University in 2003

Sheryl is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi and volunteers as a Network Director. In addition to volunteering for her sorority, she also serves on the Administrative Board of Epworth Methodist Church.  When not volunteering, you will find Sheryl at either a cheer competition with her youngest, a sorority event with her oldest, or a high school sports game with her husband. Sheryl and her family reside in Phenix City, Alabama.

Scott Woeber

Scott Woeber , Sr. Engineering Manager

Scott Woeber is a Senior Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in backend architecture, scalable systems, and product-driven development. Over the course of his career, he developed a strong connection to the fraternal space through his work with GINsystem, where he gained deeper insight into building systems that support complex organizations and real-world workflows. He has led engineering efforts across platforms involving usage-based services and third-party integrations such as Stripe, with a focus on delivering reliable, maintainable systems aligned with business goals. 

Outside of work, Scott has a strong passion for music and exploring video game soundtracks, which reflect his appreciation for both creativity and structure. He enjoys the process of learning and refining skills over time, whether that’s progressing through new pieces, staying active with daily walking, or continuously improving in his craft. This same mindset carries into his leadership style—steady, curious, and always focused on growth.

Dain Lewis

Dain Lewis, Marketing Manager

Dain Lewis is the newest member of the OmegaFi team, bringing a unique blend of Higher Education and Marketing expertise. With over a decade of experience in both fields, he previously served as a Director of Housing and Residence Life for 10 years before transitioning into marketing, where he has worked for more than 10 years.

Now based in Northern Virginia with his family, when he’s not working, he can often be found playing chess and sharpening his strategic thinking. He is excited to bring his expertise to OmegaFi, bridging the gap between Higher Education and Marketing to create meaningful impact
