Ron Rietdorf brings more than 40 years of fundraising experience to the Omega Financial Team. For nearly 20 years, he served as president of Ron Rietdorf & Associates, a firm that specialized in providing feasibility study and capital campaign services to fraternities and sororities across the country. Prior to that, he provided an array of fundraising consulting services to Republican candidates and causes, small colleges, major non-profit organizations, advertising agencies and public relations firms. A Kappa Sigma from the University of Tennessee, he has served as the executive director of the Tennessee Republican Party, as director of the South for the Republican National Committee and as executive director of the Republican Governors' Association in Washington, D.C. He has held key staff positions and/or served as a consultant in three presidential campaigns: John Connally, Alexander Haig and Reagan-Bush.

A graduate of Florida State University, Fred Maglione has helped fraternities, sororities and other special constituencies implement successful fundraising and alumni relations initiatives since 1994. The House Corporation President for the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega, he previously served as the Director of Development for the Division of Student Affairs at Florida State University. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and Georgia, and he has earned the prestigious designation of certified fundraising executive from CFRE International.

After working with the Pi Kappa Alpha International Headquarters for seven years, Ryan Flickinger has established a national reputation for himself as a leader in the marketing, promotions and recruitment disciplines for fraternities and sororities. He brings his extensive public speaking, marketing, public relations, prospecting and organization management experience to the Alumni Services team at Omega Financial, Inc. He is frequently asked to present educational seminars to chapters, house corporations, university Greek systems and national organizations. Ryan currently serves as alumni association president for the Pi Kappa Alpha alumni association at Southern Illinois University, his alma mater.

With a background in student affairs, Laura Hamilton brings exceptional experience to Omega advising fraternities and sororities in the recruitment, staff training, alumni relations and public relations areas. A former staff member with Delta Delta Delta, she completed her Masters degree in higher education administration at Florida State University after earning her Bachelors degree in public and corporate communication from Valparaiso University. Since 2004, she has served as a Collegiate District Officer for the Southeast Region for Tri Delta.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Kirby Neumann worked for the Alpha Tau Omega National Headquarters as a traveling consultant and later as its Director of Development. Through his fundraising expertise, Kirby oversaw the fraternity's young alumni fundraising program and significantly increased the number of first time and young donors to the national foundation. In addition to his unique ability to cultivate and solicit prospects and donors, Kirby has exceptional experience advising undergraduates, organizing alumni volunteers, and facilitating regional and national conferences.

Sean Burns is on the front lines when it comes to advising and working with undergraduate fraternities. Not only is he the house corporation president for his own Gamma Tau Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha, but he also serves as chapter advisor for the Lambda Nu Chapter of Pike at Boston University. He assumed both of these volunteer roles after working on staff for the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity where he focused on recruitment, membership development and alumni relations. Sean graduated with his bachelor of architecture degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
