A major feature of Omega's alumni services program
is the automated, Internet-based collections program. Not only must
organizations raise money, they must collect it, and no one has a better
collection system than Omega.
Payment Options and Flexibility
As soon as a campaign pledge is entered, a written Confirmation of
Gift is generated and sent to the donor thanking him or her for the gift
and acknowledging the amount and terms of the gift. Shortly before
a donor's payment is due, a pledge reminder is sent to the donor. As
payments are received, they are processed the next business day.
That means your organization has access to funds two business days after
a payment is received.

Omega also allows organizations and their volunteer leadership to
obtain real-time campaign collections information online, 24 hours
a day. Collection, past due, cash flow projections and additional
reports are available and provided to organizational leadership on
a regular basis. As new campaign pledges are received, alumni
leadership can forecast their cash flow to better prepare for their
needs.
